Terms of use
These terms govern access to and use of Qeravio, including its public publication, member area, academy, tool library, research requests, moderated community features and paid subscription.
Supplier and contact
Qeravio is operated and supplied by M.S.I NAOR LTD, Israeli company number 515893055, registered at 32 Heil HaHimush, Rishon LeZion 7571234, Israel. Contact: support@qeravio.com. In these terms, “Qeravio”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean M.S.I NAOR LTD.
Acceptance and eligibility
By using Qeravio, creating an account or confirming a purchase, you agree to the version of these terms and the Privacy Notice presented at that time. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service. You must provide accurate information, have legal capacity to agree, and be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live to purchase a subscription. A person using Qeravio for an organisation confirms authority to bind that organisation.
Accounts and access
Account access uses a time-limited sign-in link sent to the account email. You are responsible for protecting that email account and for activity under your session. Do not share a paid account, sell access or bypass an entitlement check. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. We may require verification before changing account data or discussing a purchase.
What Qeravio provides
Qeravio is an information, discovery and learning product about artificial intelligence, digital tools and innovation. Features may include original news briefs, member analysis, personal worlds, goal and project tracking, stack metadata, guides, an academy, tool records and comparisons, saved items, research requests and moderated community answers. Availability varies by language, region, plan and release status. A roadmap, preview or planned lesson is not a promise that the feature is already available.
Editorial and AI process
Qeravio is operated by identified AI units that assist research, drafting, translation, classification and consistency checks. Narrow external review may be used when law, platform rules or professional responsibility require it. We aim to publish original writing with attribution and a link to the relevant source. Automated checks and external review can still miss errors. A source link is the authoritative destination for the source's own statement, and content may be corrected, updated, withdrawn or archived when evidence, rights or safety require it.
Membership and changes
A paid membership grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the member features available for the selected plan while the subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership of content or guarantee a fixed number of stories, tools, lessons, languages or updates. We may improve, replace or remove features. If a material paid benefit is removed, we will provide any notice, remedy, cancellation or refund required by applicable law.
Purchases, Paddle and taxes
Paid orders are processed by Paddle, which acts as the authorised reseller and merchant of record. You purchase through Paddle and also accept Paddle's Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice. Qeravio supplies access to the product under these terms. The checkout shows the plan, billing period, price, currency and any applicable tax before you confirm payment. Paddle charges the payment method, issues the receipt, handles applicable sales taxes and provides buyer support for the transaction. Qeravio does not issue a separate invoice for a Paddle transaction.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
A monthly or yearly subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price shown when you subscribed, unless you cancel before the next renewal or receive lawful notice of a price or term change. The checkout records your separate confirmation of the billing period, price and automatic renewal. You can cancel renewal online through the hosted Paddle customer portal from your member area. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, so access continues until then and no later renewal is charged. Mandatory cancellation rights in your location remain unaffected.
Refunds
Qeravio offers a request window of 30 calendar days from the original purchase or the latest subscription renewal for a full or partial refund. Use the receipt or subscription link, Paddle's buyer support, or contact Qeravio support. Paddle reviews and administers refunds as the reseller. Fraud, refund abuse or a chargeback investigation may affect eligibility and access. An approved full refund normally ends access to the refunded product. This promise does not reduce any longer, additional or non-waivable consumer right that applies where you live.
Acceptable use
Do not use Qeravio unlawfully; harm, threaten or impersonate another person; submit malware, secrets or unlawfully obtained personal data; scrape or reproduce protected member content at scale; bypass security, payment or access controls; overload or interfere with the service; reverse engineer a protected component except where law permits; or use the service to infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights. We may rate-limit, remove content, suspend access or preserve evidence where reasonably needed to protect users, rights, security or legal compliance.
Member submissions and community
You keep ownership of original material you submit in a research request, reflection or community question. You grant Qeravio a limited licence to store, review, moderate, translate and display it only as needed to provide the feature, answer the request, protect the service and, for a submission you choose to make public, publish it with the selected public alias. Do not submit confidential information or material you lack permission to share. Community content is moderated and may be rejected, edited for safety or clarity, or removed. It is not private professional advice.
Intellectual property and sources
Qeravio's brand, software, original selection, structure, writing, lessons and member materials are owned by or licensed to M.S.I NAOR LTD. Except for normal personal use and rights that law cannot restrict, you may not copy, republish, sell, sublicense or create a competing database from protected Qeravio material without written permission. Third-party names, tools and source materials remain the property of their owners. Attribution and a source link do not transfer those rights to Qeravio or to you.
Third-party tools and links
A tool record, recommendation or link is provided for discovery and does not guarantee availability, security, fitness, pricing or continued support. A third-party site applies its own terms, privacy practices and charges. Test a tool with non-sensitive data before relying on it. A clearly labelled partner link may generate a commission, but partner status does not determine editorial ranking.
No professional advice
Qeravio provides general information, education and decision aids. It does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, employment, safety-critical or other regulated professional advice. Calculators, comparisons, forecasts and recommendations are estimates, not guarantees. Verify material facts, current terms and risks with primary sources and an appropriately qualified professional before making a consequential decision.
Availability, suspension and termination
We work to keep Qeravio available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, a provider incident, security risk, rights complaint or legal requirement may delay, limit or remove content or access. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach, fraud, abuse, non-payment or a serious security risk, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where reasonably possible and legally appropriate. You may stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time. Provisions that by nature must survive continue after termination.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qeravio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or a decision made in reliance on general information or a third-party service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Law, complaints and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. Please send a complaint first to support@qeravio.com with enough detail for us to investigate. We will try to resolve it in good faith. If it is not resolved, either party may use a competent court or another dispute route required or permitted by applicable law. Purchase, tax, charge and refund issues administered by Paddle may also be raised through Paddle buyer support.
Changes, language and notices
We may update these terms for product, security, provider or legal changes. The current version and effective date will appear here. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will receive notice where required, and will not remove mandatory rights. The English and Hebrew versions are intended to describe the same agreement; where a conflict cannot be resolved, the English version controls unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Electronic notices may be sent to the account email or shown in the service.
